The Australian Dental Association and the Federal government have placed restrictions on all Australian dentists to prevent the spread of this infection.
What this means is that any dentistry that can be postponed must be postponed.
Only restricted dental emergencies can be treated while these government guidelines are in place.
If you have a dental emergency that needs to be urgently treated then we can do our best to get you out of pain or treat the problem but under these restrictions we are severely limited with options that we can offer.
Restrictions on dentistry are constantly changing and we are keeping up with all of the latest changes to ensure the safety of our patients and team.
1. You must reasonably believe that you are Coronavirus free
2. You have not arrived into Queensland or the Country in the last 14 days
3. You have not come into contact with any person suspected of having Coronavirus within the last 14 days
4. You are not experiencing any symptoms such as COUGH, FEVER or SHORTNESS OF BREATH
When you make an online Emergency Appointment we will then call you to discuss the dental problem that you are having and ensure that it is something that we can help you with.
With current restrictions, we may only be able to offer a limited solution until restrictions are lifted.
Looking after your dental health is even more important so during these restrictions, so if you have any dental questions please call us and we are happy to give you any advise via phone or video call. 3378 0033
